Hygiene candidates considered for this position must be able to demonstrate superior communication and patient relations, proficient skills in performing dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planning, effective communication of Oral Hygiene Instruction, successful maintenance of patient recall system, and proficiency in sterilization procedures, digital radiography, quality assurance, infection control, and dental records. Dental Hygiene position requires dental hygiene license for the State of North Carolina is required. A minimum of one year hands on hygiene experience is preferred.
