South Florida Center for Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is seeking to hire a new Board Certified or Board Eligible periodontist to join the existing doctors in their Boca Raton, FL office.  We are primarily referral based from other dentists, and have a strong and growing direct-to-consumer effort. Our doctors have different personalities, styles and interests but share a commitment to patient-centered outcomes, evidence-based and ethical treatment and professional integrity. We have a well equipped and staffed office with virtually every technology and system available including robotic implant surgery, NdYAG laser, intra-oral scanner, CBCT, digital records, IV sedation, digital occlusal analysis, periodontal endoscope, etc.  Our office has a strong dental referral base and a continuing education program for local dentists and hygienists, in which the new doctor would be expected to become an active participant.

We are seeking a long-term associate with equity potential/partnership. The ideal candidate will be a well trained periodontist with a multi-disciplinary focus and understanding of dentistry and the ability to manage medically complex patients. Technical excellence should be combined with a strong work ethic. We will help an ambitious candidate become productive, well compensated, professionally successful and fulfilled.

In addition to being a well-trained periodontist, additional training in adjunctive and complimentary fields are beneficial for a prospective applicant. These may include but are not limited to:

• Proficiency in digital workflow for implant dentistry
• training/proficiency in fabricating immediate provisional restorations for partially and fully edentulous cases
• training/certification in laser assisted periodontal treatment
• training/certification in aligner based orthodontics
• proficiency in dental photography
• smile analysis and use of smile design simulation software
• demonstrated professional leadership and communication skills
• desire to participate in clinical research projects
• IV sedation permit
