Certified Dental Hygienist
Augusta Dental is recruiting for a part-time Dental Hygienist for Tuesdays (11am - 7pm)  and Thursdays (10am - 7pm). *Performs dental prophylaxis (cleaning calcareous deposits, scaling and root planning, apply flouride and sealant applications) *Complete a thorough assessment of patient's teeth, bone and periodontal issues and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions *Periodontal charting *Take x-rays as needed *Customize care to meet patient's oral health needs *Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques and practices *Maintain patient confidentiality *Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment *Strong working knowledge of dental terminolog
