If you are looking to be a part of a growing network of pediatric dentists and orthodontists in the Great Pacific Northwest, then we might want to talk.  Our group of locally owned and bred pediatric dentists and orthodontists have a combined tenure of 170 years of in-the-trenches experience and veteran teams.  In July of 2019, we essentially Brady Bunched our collective 11 practices among 9 owners following 6 years of hard hard work researching career exit trends, student debt, insurance practice and corporate influence.  In the end, we decided we are stronger together than we are apart by sharing best practices, board certified care, capital expenditure, economies of scale and talent development.

JOB Specifics

-Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

-Weekly In office GA with leading dental anesthesiologist group

-laser dentistry and soft tissue surgery can be available

-Orthodontist also available for in-house referrals

-Restorative dental hygienist

-Veteran office manager and Cracker-Jack Team of assistants

-Brand new facility, 9400 square feet with soaring ceilings and windows, scenic surroundings and modern architecture

-85 new patients per month

-8 chairs

-Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry required

-Board eligible or certified preferred

-Experience is preferred but not necessary.  A good attitude, healthy work ethic and willingness to collaborate and learn private practice mechanics is essential.  We are looking for someone wanting to blossom into a provider capable of working anywhere they want, but we want to treat them in a way they'd never want to work anywhere else.
