Crestridge Dental is looking for an energetic and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are an established modern and progressive dental practice that enables our staff to utilize their talents and provide the excellent care our patients deserve. Dr. Porter provides a wide range of services beyond typical general dentistry including oral sedation, endodontics, periodontal programs, oral surgery, implant surgery, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. A strong worth ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn are key strengths we look for. This job is 4 days per week.

• A current Minnesota Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of dental information and techniques necessary to assess oral conditions and treat periodontal disease including symptoms, treatment alternatives, and preventative measures
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing dental and patient services including patient needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of patient satisfaction
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, striving for collaboration, and demonstrating professionalism
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Possess critical thinking, logic, and reasoning skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
