ABOUT US
Islandental (Bainbridge Island) and Finn Hill Dental (Poulsbo) are owned by Dr. Nathan Russell, a busy and well-established dentist that's a lot of fun to work with. He relies on his team to make his offices great places to work.

He'll rely on you as a hygienist to co-treatment plan and influence the office culture with your upbeat personality.

Both Islandental and Finn Hill Dental are small teams with only 2 hygienists so having a kind,  gracious and fun demeanor is important.

SCHEDULE
This position is based on Bainbridge Island, WA, but may also work in Poulsbo or Bremerton, if desired. Any combination of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm is available.

PAY & BENEFITS
Compensation is generous and dependent upon your experience.

All employees are eligible for our 401(k) matching program, paid holidays,  bonuses and, of course, free dental services. Employees who work more than 26 hrs/wk are eligible for additional benefits including a Health Insurance stipend.
