The Dentist, DDS actively diagnoses and treats dental conditions, injuries and irregularities of the oral cavity and related tissues and provides education regarding prevention and oral hygiene. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Functions: 1. Coordinate the preparation of reports and written documentation as required by the department, company and State and Federal agencies. 2. Maintain proper, detailed and accurate dental records. 3. Travels between clinics to work, as needed. 4. Willingness to be on-call, as scheduled, by the Dental Director/ Assistant Dental Director. 5.
