IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINATION: Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases related to the Delta variant (and possibly other strains), increased hospitalization and ICU utilization and guidance/mandates from applicable authorities, including the state and federal government,  Lincoln Community Health Center has instituted a mandatory vaccination requirement for all employees as a condition of employment.  This requires all new hires to be “fully vaccinated” within 30 days of their applicable start date. “Fully vaccinated” currently means (a) 2 weeks after your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or (b) 2 weeks after a single-dose vac
