Job Function To provide primary administrative management and leadership for Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs in collaboration with faculty, staff and other divisional administrators consistent with established college and campus policies and procedures. Recommends campus policy and procedure. Collaborates and coordinates operations with other College units, departments and divisions, and curriculum on all campuses in the assigned area. The Associate Dean is expected to exhibit initiative, enthusiasm and teamwork in accomplishing the responsibilities of the position.
