We are seeking a self motivated, personable, communicative, and enthusiastic associate interested in a full-time position leading to a buy-in opportunity for our practice and custom building.
The current well established doctors have been here for 26 and 36 years respectively and are looking for an associate to mentor in the clinical and business aspects of the practice.
The associate will be expected to have strong surgical skills, an interest in practice management, and superior ethical and interpersonal acumen.
This will maintain our successful rapport with the referring dentists, staff, and patients. A new associate can expect to be busy from day one (we see an average of 80-90 new patients/month) while growing the referral base. We prefer AAP board certification or to be in the process.
The first periodontal practice (circa 1964) in beautiful Rhode Island is conveniently located on the historic East Side of Providence, just off Interstates 95/195 adjacent to Brown University and RI School of Design. Our satellite office in Cumberland is in northern Rhode Island by the Massachusetts border. This high yielding practice has an experienced, friendly,dedicated and professional staff, many of whom are bilingual.Our 3000 sq. ft. Providence office has eight operatories that are well equipped in a custom built modernist building with a potential downstairs expansion. Parking is abundant at both of our locations. Providence is an hour from Boston and Cape Cod , with one of the top US airports minutes away. RI is known for it’s beaches, world class dining,arts, music,and well preserved historic character. Our diverse patient base is very international, eclectic and always interesting.Cumberland is in a suburban community and our office is in a professional building just off Interstate 295, around 16 miles from our primary office in Providence.Our traditional but modern practice has a stellar reputation with solid referral and recall history.
