Under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean, Health Sciences, this individual will lead the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene program administration, recruit students, provide student and staff mentoring, advising and professional communication.  Will work with administrators, advisors, and the professional dental community to meet Commission on Dental Accreditation Standards.  Will coordinate curriculum revisions, program assessment and be responsible for program accreditation for both programs.  Will supervise dental faculty and staff and conduct performance evaluations.  Will supervise the operation of the on-campus Dental Hygiene Clinic.  Will teach courses as assigned within the Dental programs.  Courses may include a variety of deli
