ROPC is a standalone outpatient clinic serving Veterans in Monroe County, NY and the surrounding areas. ROPC is a new, 80,000 square foot facility that offers the full compliment of outpatient clinics, including primary care, mental health, specialty care and an endoscopy suite for day procedures.
