We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Dentist searching for an exciting opportunity in beautiful Charlotte, NC. We are a private practice with two locations that are fully owned by doctors and motivated to provide full clinical autonomy and the ability to practice the way you want!
Duties Include:
Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment, of dental diseases in children and adolescents.
Perform routine and complex dental procedures with a focus on pediatric dentistry.
Develop and implement individualized dental care plans for patients.
Educate children and their families on the importance of maintaining good oral health and preventive dental care.
Ensure a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for all patients.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry and implement best practices in patient care.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness among children.
Pay: greater of $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per day or 32-34% of total office net production based on experience

Requirements:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license.
Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Dentistry.

Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt to the needs of each patient.
