Professor/Department Head - Dental Hygiene Union: AAECC FT   Distinguishing Features of the Class: The work involves planning, coordinating and supervising varied activities on a department level at the College. Acts as an advisor to students and faculty members. Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President, the incumbent of this position is responsible for planning, supervising and advising on all administrative and academic functions within the department. Acts as the departmental representative on formulating policy and curriculum changes. Exercises supervision over a number of lower level personnel. Does related work as required.   Typical Work Activities:
