Manager, Preventive Health ActivitiesChicago, IL The American Dental Association is dedicated to promoting the public's health through its initiatives in research, education, advocacy, public awareness and the development of standards. In consultation with the Council director, the Manager of Preventive Health Activities is responsible for planning, implementation, and management of population-based oral health prevention programs that reflect the vision, mission, and goals of the ADA Strategic Plan, specifically programs related to oral health literacy, access to care, prevention, smoking, and tobacco use prevention and cessation, and school-based health care.
